Tax Analyst- Remote

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Responsible for helping to reduce tax liabilities, optimizing tax impacts to cash flow, and ensuring compliance with reporting obligations and changing tax laws. Includes specialized functions focused exclusively on merger and acquisitions transactions, transfer pricing, and other cross-border tax considerations.

WHAT YOU’ WILL DO:
• Support tax compliance and reporting processes, assisting in ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the tax team on tax planning initiatives and strategy implementation.
• Prepare and file tax returns and reports for various authorities.
• Assist in managing tax documentation, records, and reporting systems.
• Stay informed about changes in tax laws, regulations, and rulings.
• Work closely with senior team members on various tax-related projects.
• Provide data analysis and support for tax functions.
• Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role in tax management
• Proven experience in tax strategy, planning, and compliance
• Proficiency in tax regulations, tax software, and financial analysis
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

• Advanced English
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Finance or Taxation is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus
