SUMMARY:
We’re currently seeking a Tax Administration Support for our Pleasant Hill CA office.
This is a full-time, Non-Exempt role based out of Pleasant Hill. The pay range is $20- $25/ hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist partners with Billing support (reviewing WIP, creating invoices, emailing invoices). Training will be provided.
- Assist partners with scheduling and email management
- Assist with files deadlines and project management
- Assist with login procedures
- Assist with scheduling of appointments
- A Bachelor's degree (Accounting Preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & Ability to work well with others
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years of experience
