Pay range: $40-$45 an hour (depending on qualification)
- Individual Federal and State Form 1040 Tax Return Preparation
- Possible preparation of Form 709 gift tax returns
- Organization and documentation of tax work papers
- Scanning of workpapers and working with scanned documents
- Exporting of essential tax data
- Expected 40 hours per week, time schedule may be somewhat flexible
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Four to seven years Individual 1040 Income Tax preparation experience
- Must have 2016 PTIN
- Proficiency in Go-Systems Individual 1040 tax software is a HUGE advantage
- EA or CPA is a plus
- Working knowledge in MS Word and Excel programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail needed
- Strong time management skills needed
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills needed
