Partner with the best
Tax accountant of Vietnam Jointure entity (PVD Baker Hughes), you'll be supporting daily business and dealing with Government Tax authority.
As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing for monthly/ quarterly/ annual VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT Reports (declarations and/ or finalization) and their reconciliation with company’s accounting system ensuring 100% compliance with local laws/ legislations as well as company’s policies/ procedures
- Handling all tax related issues including Tax Reconciliation/Audit/ Inspection, if any internally and externally.
- Updating regularly on changing/ new tax policies and regulations to apply them in work and update/ guide internal relevant departments/ EEs how to apply these regulations efficiency in work in EEs PIT.
- Managing the monthly tax journal entryclosing, and other general ledger accounts when needed.
- Assisting in the day-to-day accounting activities which may include maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and/ or provide support in preparation of financial reports to Management.
- Assisting in various account reconciliations and analyses as and when requires and other accounting related jobs as assigned by Line Manager.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelors in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- Have 3 years - 6 years working experience as Accountant or related with at least 2 years in Tax position.
- Have good understanding of Vietnamese Tax and Accounting system and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to handle multiple activities successfully.
- Have understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP is added advantage.
