We are looking for Target Digital Network Analysts to join in multiple location such as Annapolis Junction, MD., Salt Lake City, UT., and Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities.
- Sound understanding of the principles and methods of exploiting communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.
- Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence information and building target profiles
- Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
- Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; analyze DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements
- Identify intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
Requirements:
- No degree required
- At least 2-15 years demonstrated experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) as a Target Digital Network Analyst.
- Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
- Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing customer tools.
- Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
- Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
- Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.
- US citizenship and an active security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
