About the role
Job Description
Strategic Analytix is looking for a skilled Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA). As a TDNA you will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. What you'll do
TNDA Requirements
Relevant TDNA experience must be in:
- Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
- Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
- Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
- Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
- Applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.
- Mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

- Level 3:
- 12 yrs exp (no degree) OR
- AA + 10 years OR
- B.A. + 8 years, OR
- Masters + 6 years OR

- Level 4:
- 15 yrs exp (no degree) OR
- AA + 13 years, OR
- B.A. + 11 years, OR
- Masters + 9 years OR
- PhD + 7 years
Education & Training:
Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.
Relevant certs / training would include (but not limited to): Sec+, Net+, CEH, JCAC course. Don’t include mandatory annual NCS compliance training or short (less than 1 week) NCS courses.
Foreign Language / Scores
Recent Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate proficiency level (e.g., Russian, L 2+ / R 3)
Skills Required
- TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
- 6-15 years of relevant TDNA experience depending on skill level (Level 1: 6 years ... Level 4: 15 years)
- Proven ability to maintain targeting, tasking, and analysis databases
- Experience developing baseline target profiles, identifying intelligence gaps, and employing multi-discipline pattern/network analysis
- ILR language proficiency scores to substantiate foreign language skills (e.g., Russian L2+/R3)
- Ability to apply IC mission knowledge, target culture/behavior understanding, and mentor other analysts
- Certifications/training such as Security+, Network+, CEH, JCAC (recommended)
- Liberal arts degrees preferred (English, History, Intl Relations, Languages), but degree in any field acceptable
