BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced Target Analyst Reporter. This position supports the following program: a signals intelligence (SIGINT) mission support program that provides collection systems engineering, target development, analysis, reporting, and mission software development for an Intelligence Community customer. The position is onsite at Fort Meade, MD, and the role is open now for an immediate start.

Our client is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that has supported U.S. defense and intelligence missions since 2012. Its systems, software, and data science engineers work side by side with government teams to model, design, integrate, and deploy complex mission systems, and the company also builds rugged RF hardware for specialized SIGINT applications. Led by a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 30 years of DoD mission experience, the company supports programs alongside many of the largest national security integrators and has a long-established presence in Maryland near Fort Meade.

What will you do

Turn information from many sources into timely, high-quality intelligence reporting. You will synthesize information from disparate sources, identify analytic vectors using your knowledge of relevant technologies and topics, and produce reporting that follows advanced intelligence reporting policies, including post-publication actions and requests for information (RFIs). This role suits a target analyst reporter with at least eight years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community or the U.S. military.

Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize information from disparate sources to produce timely, high-quality intelligence.
  • Identify analytic vectors using knowledge of relevant technologies and topics.
  • Produce intelligence reporting in line with established reporting policies.
  • Handle post-publication actions and respond to requests for information (RFIs).
  • Stay current on the technologies and topics tied to assigned targets.

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or above.
  • Eight (8) years of experience performing as a Target Analyst supporting the Intelligence Community or U.S. military. Candidates with or without a degree are considered; the experience requirement is the same.
  • Experience synthesizing information from disparate sources to produce timely, high-quality intelligence.
  • Experience identifying analytic vectors.
  • Knowledge of the technologies and topics used to identify analytic vectors.
  • Familiarity with advanced intelligence reporting policies, such as post-publication actions and RFIs.
  • Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD.

Desired Skills

  • Formal SIGINT reporting training or reporter qualification.
  • Military intelligence background, such as Army 35N, Navy CTR, or Air Force 1N2.
  • Experience with SIGINT and collateral report repositories.
