We are seeking a Target Analyst Reporter (TAR 3) to support mission-focused intelligence operations. This role is ideal for experienced analysts who enjoy connecting disparate information, developing target knowledge, and producing high-quality intelligence reporting that drives mission outcomes.
The TAR 3 will research, analyze, evaluate, and report intelligence information using a combination of SIGINT, cyber operations, network analysis, collection activities, and collateral intelligence sources. The successful candidate will work closely with analysts and collectors to identify opportunities, refine collection requirements, develop actionable intelligence, and produce timely reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and evaluate intelligence information from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain target knowledge to support mission requirements.
- Produce, review, and disseminate intelligence reports and other intelligence products.
- Perform network analysis, cyber analysis, and collection analysis to identify intelligence gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with analysts and collectors to refine collection and reporting requirements.
- Identify trends, patterns, indications, and warnings through intelligence analysis.
- Conduct quality control reviews of intelligence reporting products.
- Support mission activities through intelligence production, reporting, and dissemination.
Requirements:
- Experience conducting intelligence analysis, cyber analysis, collection analysis, or network analysis.
- Experience drafting, editing, and producing intelligence reports and intelligence products.
- Experience developing target knowledge and supporting target development activities.
- Experience evaluating information from multiple intelligence and technical sources to support reporting and analysis.
- Experience supporting operational missions through intelligence production and dissemination.
- High School Diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience; OR
- Associate's Degree plus 10 years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master's Degree plus 6 years of relevant experience; OR
- PhD plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience includes intelligence analysis, cyber analysis, collection activities, network analysis, and drafting or editing intelligence reports in support of mission operations.
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
