You are:
A skilled consultant who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and organizational change. You understand how market shifts, regulation, and technology innovation are reshaping Banking & Capital Markets, and you’re passionate about helping clients navigate those changes.
You bring strong consulting fundamentals—problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking—combined with experience in change management, organization design, or talent strategy. You’re motivated by helping global institutions build agile, resilient workforces that can deliver customer-centric growth while managing risk and regulatory expectations.
The work:
Support Banking & Capital Markets clients in designing and executing transformational change initiatives across customer, risk, HR, technology, and M&A programs.
Develop organization design and talent strategies that enable agility, innovation, and operational excellence.
Apply change management methodologies to drive adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment throughout transformation programs.
Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to guide planning and execution.
Partner with client leaders to ensure workforce transitions—such as digital transformation, cloud adoption, or new operating models—are sustainable and people-centered.
Leverage digital tools, data, and analytics to measure change effectiveness and identify opportunities for reinforcement.
Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure alignment between strategic, operational, and people objectives.
Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, industry insights, and practice growth within the Financial Services portfolio.
Actively engage in the Talent & Organization community, sharing best practices and thought leadership.
Here’s what you need:
At least 3 years of consulting experience with a focus on change management, organization design, or talent strategy.
Experience working with clients in Banking and/or Capital Markets.
Strong consulting skills in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking.
A Bachelor’s Degree.
Bonus points if:
You have experience in three or more of the following areas:
Change Analytics
Change Tracking and Measurement
Design Thinking
Change Capability Building
Agile or Enterprise Change
You have supported transformation programs such as core banking modernization, risk & compliance transformation, digital customer experience, cloud and data enablement, or post-merger integration.
You are experienced in using digital tools and analytics to drive change adoption and workforce engagement.
You have worked on cross-functional teams across business and technology disciplines.
