From welcoming new hires during orientation to planning team events, tracking performance reviews, and keeping our HR data accurate, you will be the driving force behind a positive workplace. Your Daily Impact-
Culture & Engagement: Coordinate team-building events, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs. Design engaging newsletters and presentations to keep the team connected.

Talent Development: Lead New Hire Orientation sessions, coordinate company-wide training logistics, and track performance review deadlines.

HR & Talent Operations: Maintain HRIS system data integrity, run reports, assist with compliance audits, and answer routine employee inquiries.

0–2 years of experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or team support role (great entry-level opportunity!).

Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail—you love keeping projects on schedule.

Strong communication skills—you feel confident speaking in front of groups and writing team updates.

Tech-savvy mindset—proficient in MS Office; experience with Canva or an HRIS system (like Paycom) is a huge plus.

High integrity—capable of handling sensitive company data with complete confidentiality.
