As Larian continues to grow, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer in Kuala Lumpur to join our Recruitment team
Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for the KL studio and across Larian Studios’ global locations using advanced search techniques, including Boolean, X-ray, and social platform sourcing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple regions
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates and provide market talent insights to support hiring decisions
- Promote employer branding through social media, community engagement, university partnerships, and early talent initiatives
- Coordinate, plan, and attend career fairs, industry events, and campus activities to attract emerging talent
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student communities, and relevant networks to strengthen early talent engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for early talent attraction and engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment
- Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, market mapping)
- Experience recruiting for Tech, Creative, or Art roles (gaming industry experience is a plus)
- Proven experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for games and game development is highly desirable
