We are now looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our office in Nicosia. If you're passionate about tech and would like to contribute your skills and knowledge to building a world-class product, jump in.
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES
- Searching candidates for tech and non-tech roles (including Executive) across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc
- Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback
- Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment
- Relevant research experience (university for example) as an advantage
- Self-discipline
- Good command of English

- This is an office-based role located in Nicosia. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed. In most cases, we expect team members to be in the office at least four days a week.
