Reports to: Talent Acquisition Leader
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage top talent. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for someone who loves research, networking, and connecting with people to help shape the future of our team.
Responsibilities- Partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates, representing the company brand positively and professionally.
- Manage candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and market insights to guide sourcing strategy.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to continuously improve sourcing processes, tools, and reporting.
- 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or high-growth company.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques is a plus.
