What You'll Do:

Follow the job description and sourcing criteria provided for each role.
Source candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Collect and enter candidate details into a spreadsheet (name, LinkedIn, location, email/phone if available).

Our Expectations:

5 hours per week to start.
30+ profiles per hour.
Spreadsheet and sourcing templates will be provided.

Requirements

Proven experience in candidate sourcing/recruiting.
Need to have existing access to LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools.
Strong internet research and Boolean search skills.
Detail-oriented, consistent with data entry, and able to meet deadlines.
Clear communication and responsiveness.
