Job Summary

The Talent Sourcer plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top technical talent to support current and future hiring needs. This position requires expertise in sourcing strategies, market research, and talent mapping, with a strong understanding of the LATAM talent landscape. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and adept at leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms to connect with high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring requirements.

  • Implement and manage sourcing strategies focused on attracting technical talent across all levels.

  • Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sourcing metrics and effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Sourcing role within the LATAM region.

  • Proven track record in developing successful talent pipelines.

  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, preferably Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.

  • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
