As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team for a temporary position, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers from the opening of a position to its successful hiring
• Lead and create smart ways to find candidates on job sites, social media, professional networks, and industry events
• Use advanced search methods (AI tools) to find top and strong candidates in the industry
• Learn and understand the gaming market in depth
• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach and maintain their interest throughout the hiring process

• 1-2 years of proven experience in talent sourcing, especially in tech and growth companies
• Practical, hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and team members
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and creative in finding solutions to sourcing challenges

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Support managers throughout the recruitment process and conduct phone interviews
