About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer & Market Researcher to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This role is primarily focused on identifying and engaging strong candidates for a wide range of IT and Business positions across different European markets. At the same time, you will contribute to talent market research, market mapping, salary benchmarking and market trend analysis to help our recruitment team make better hiring decisions.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Source and identify relevant candidates for various IT and Business roles across European markets
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs
- Use LinkedIn, Boolean search, databases, job boards and other sourcing channels to find qualified candidates
- Research candidates’ backgrounds, skills, experience and career history to assess their potential fit
- Identify new and creative sourcing channels and approaches
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Talent & Market Research
- Conduct research on talent markets across different European countries and locations
- Map talent pools for specific roles, skills, companies and markets
- Identify companies and locations where relevant talent is concentrated
- Research hiring activity, talent availability and market competitiveness
- Conduct salary and compensation benchmarking across different markets
- Track recruitment and labour market trends and provide relevant insights to the Talent Acquisition Team
- Prepare research, reports and market insights to support hiring strategies
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of relevant experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, talent research, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to find, structure and interpret information
- Experience sourcing candidates for IT and Business positions
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
- Ability to work with different markets and adapt sourcing strategies to specific countries and talent pools
- Interest in labour market trends, compensation data and talent intelligence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information
- Good English and Russian communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple research and sourcing projects simultaneously
