Contract: B2B (must be able to invoice as an independent contractor)

Location: Remote (EMEA - CEE or Balkans region)

Language: Native or Professional Fluency in German and English is mandatory (minimum C1)

As a Talent Sourcer, you will:
  • Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas.

  • Follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them.

  • Measure and record conversion rates.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.

  • Create talent pipelines for current and future hires.

  • Set up candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers.

  • Interact with potential candidates on professional networks.

Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German, minimum C1 is essential.

  • Based in EMEA or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client working hours.

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).

  • Solid track record in sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets.

  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills.

  • Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools would be a plus.
