The Position:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Talent Scout & People Partner to join our small, dynamic People team. This unique role offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats and gain exposure to all aspects of human resources. The ideal candidate will be passionate about attracting top talent and driving HR initiatives that align with our company culture and goals.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent across various functions.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • HR Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR needs that support business objectives.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
  • Employee Relations & Development:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
    • Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
    • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation using Paylocity.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in audits and reporting as needed.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous evolution of HR processes.


Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • High energy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Paylocity is highly recommended.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
