Opportunity 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Life Surge, your primary responsibility is to contract, coordinate, and care for the speakers, artists, and special guests who bring life to our main stage events. While you may support the broader talent acquisition process, your focus is on ensuring smooth negotiations, strong relationships, and meaningful experiences for every talent guest. You’ll work closely with agents, confirm details, provide backup options when needed, and support marketing and logistics to create a seamless, professional, and deeply honoring journey for our talent—from booking to backstage.
Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts for main stage talent.

• Extend offers and follow up on negotiations.

• Manage artist riders and confirm event schedules.

• Coordinate with production to align talent schedules with contracts and programming.

• Secure campaign approvals and coordinate talent-related promotions, photo ops, and post-event impact surveys.

• Research and manage talent gifts for birthdays and special occasions.

• Track important dates and send thank-you cards after first appearances.

• Maintain accurate talent contact information and communication records.

Qualifications:

• Experience in talent acquisition, contracts, or event coordination.

• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Concur, Asana, and event tools.

• Willingness to travel.
