What you’ll do & Who you areTalent Programs & Development Specialist - mobile.de (V2)
The Talent Programs & Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing impactful talent development programs that align with mobile.de's strategic goals and elevate the capabilities of our employees and organisation. This role will focus on creating engaging and impactful experiences, promoting our culture of performance, and ensuring that our employees have the tools and opportunities to reach their full potential. The role reports into our Head of Talent and collaborates with management and teams across mobile.de.
Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Design and develop impactful talent programs, across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding - across topics such as performance management, capability building, onboarding
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities in our employee experience and business needs.
Utilise various methodologies, tools and AI to quickly iterate, test, discover, define and deliver talent products and programs.
Develop and maintain program materials, resources, and evaluation tools.
Implementation & Management:
Manage the end-to-end implementation of talent programs, ensuring smooth execution and effective delivery with a keen eye on communication and alignment across various stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts, facilitators - easily gaining the necessary sponsorship to drive change.
Using data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and impact on business needs.
Manage program budgets and resources efficiently.
Talent & Performance Management:
Support the development and implementation of talent management and performance processes.
Identify and develop programs that nurture high-potential employees to ensure a strong leadership and expert pipeline.
Collaborate with business partners and people leaders to create supporting materials and resources to support business units.
Support and own components of our performance management processes.
Learning & Development Culture:
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent development.
Support in the evaluation and implementation of learning management systems and other technology solutions to enhance learning delivery and capability building.
Measure the desired impact/ROI of learning programs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, HR business partners, and department leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align talent development initiatives with business objectives.
Provide advice and guidance on talent development matters within the People team and our employee group.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR, Talent Management, or a related field, with specific experience in managing programs across multiple HR disciplines (e.g. performance management, org effectiveness, L&D, talent acquisition).
Proven track experience driving the design and implementing of successful talent development programs.
Naturally curious and inquisitive, trying to get to the root of a request and problems you’re trying to solve to be able to iterate quickly, design and deliver MVPs that can be built upon.
You’re familiar with product management ways of working and an understanding of what it means to be customer obsessed in a people team.
Outstanding Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction.
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience working in a dynamic, preferably tech-oriented and international environment.
