The Talent Partner serves as a strategic, end‑to‑end talent advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders primarily within investment groups, designing holistic talent strategies that span learning, leadership development, engagement, and talent management. The role identifies organizational and capability gaps, delivers data‑driven insights, and creates targeted interventions that advance development, strengthen leadership pipelines, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities include:
Talent Development
Design and deliver management and professional development; evaluate and revise as needed
Consult on employee development and engagement
Provide 1:1 training and internal coaching; manage and recommend external executive coaching
Design and facilitate firmwide development
Provide recommendations and advice on content, agenda, and speakers; source external partners
Build and manage training programs; assess evolving needs and implement new solutions such as management development or presentation skills training
Partner with Global Talent Development team to develop and deliver firm‑wide career‑milestone programs
Build strong professional relationships across regions to support business‑specific talent needs
Support leadership assessment and executive coaching initiatives
Use talent analytics to deliver data‑driven insights, identify workforce trends, and influence strategic decision‑making
Lead or support the facilitation of training programs as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in adult learning and development
Talent Management
Act as bridge between business and COEs on firmwide talent processes to share best practices and drive greater consistency/impact
Partner with HRBPs to facilitate/deliver talent reviews and bench planning discussions; create/help execute development plans and talent actions
Partner with HRBPs and Talent Management to facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and bench discussions; create and execute development plans and talent actions
Employee Engagement
Partner with OD and HRBPs to interpret engagement data and inform/evolve talent strategy
Act as a resource and advisor, with HRBPs, for leaders to address engagement opportunities e.g., recognition programs, communication strategies, and workplace culture-building initiatives
Interpret employee‑engagement data with OD and HRBPs; evolve talent strategies based on insights
Advise leaders on engagement opportunities, including recognition approaches, communication strategies, and Blackstone culture‑building initiatives
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in learning & development and/or talent; experience in the financial services industry is preferred
Strong team player and willing to “roll up sleeves”
Strategic thinker who executes independently
Comfortable engaging at all organizational levels
Excellent communication, listening, and coaching skills
Strong business relationship‑building skills
Effectively facilitates and instructs global training programs
Must thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, global organization
Outstanding Power Point and Excel skills

Expected annual base salary range:
$160,000 - $225,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
