We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.
In this role you will serve as a centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, facilitating a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is essential for managing high-volume requisitions, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining communication across teams. You will play a critical role in supporting the recruiting team by handling operational tasks, ensuring compliance, and managing requisitions from creation through approval.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain hiring requisition data.
- Act as a point of contact (POC) for net-new and backfill request/approval processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and admins to create requisitions in recruiting systems.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and keep appropriate contacts informed.
- Partner closely with admins and hiring managers.
- Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring requisitions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a related fast-paced field.
- Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, Excel, Word) – 3+ years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of requests efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to proactively identify and escalate issues as needed.
- Experience in building effective working relationships in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work independently, respond to changing priorities, and meet deadlines with urgency.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with recruiting systems and processes.
- Familiarity with compliance and requisition management.
- Prior experience working in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Microsoft employee experience or knowledge of recruiting processes is highly desirable.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $38,000 to $42,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
