This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do

  • Lead end‑to‑end coordination of annual and mid‑year global talent review and succession planning cycles.

  • Support EC‑level talent reviews with data analysis, leadership insights, succession plans, and health analysis.

  • Drive continuous improvement of talent management and succession practices using market benchmarks and best‑in‑class tools.

  • Manage global talent assessment processes, analyze outputs, and identify leadership gaps and strengths.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, succession metrics, and critical role coverage reporting using Workday.

  • Ensure integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of all talent data.

  • Maintain and improve global talent processes, frameworks, and toolkits, driving simplification and digital enablement.

  • Act as a trusted SME for HRBPs, providing coaching and training on succession planning and talent assessment methodologies.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Leadership Development teams to align succession and development planning.

What we are looking for

Domain Expertise

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in global talent management and succession planning.

  • Strong knowledge of talent assessment tools, methodologies, and HR analytics.

  • Experience with Workday reporting and global HR processes.
