The Talent Management Coordinator will support the development and execution of talent management strategies, programs, and processes to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention at PrizePicks. This role will work closely with the People Operations team, leadership, and employees to ensure that talent management initiatives align with
organizational goals and drive overall business success and reports to the (Sr)Manager, Talent Management

What you’ll do:

  • Support the annual review process by communicating with employees and leaders, act as SME for employees and leaders during the performance management cycle and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting to HR partners and leaders
  • Assist with the design, coordination, and implementation of talent development programs, including leadership training, career development, and succession planning.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee events, including partnering and supporting the leaders of PrizePicks’ ERGs with talent management initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement programs, including surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and the HR team to address talent management-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Administrator for third party systems and partner with IT as subject matter expertise for department specific systems and access
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including new hire orientation
  • Carries out ad hoc project support to cross functional initiatives as needed

What you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years in Talent Management or HR support role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Awareness of industry trends and practices in the Talent Management sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Facilitation experience a plus!
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Relevant work experience or strong interest in Sports, Daily Fantasy Sports or Media a plus
  • PHR, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred but not required.
