Position Overview
The Talent Coordinator at StepStone will play a crucial role in supporting the global Talent team with daily operational tasks and technology maintenance. This role will work closely with the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition teams to provide day-to-day coordination and project-based task execution. This position involves assisting with internal communication campaigns, global onboarding documentation, system configuration and upkeep and other ad hoc projects as needed.
Fundamental Core Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Global Talent team (Talent Management and Talent Acquisition)
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain shared inboxes owned by the Talent team
- Support the execution of new hire onboarding including scheduling, document maintenance, and preparation of day one material
- Support scheduling, registration, communication, and tracking for internal learning and development initiatives such as Manager training, Mentorship and eLearning
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics using HR technology platforms
- Coordinate with the global Talent team to maintain best practices related to data entry, systems, and internal communication campaigns
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- High level of organizational skills including ability to prioritize multiple tasks and coordinating multiple moving parts
- Exemplary communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 1+ years Human Resources experience with interest to develop in Talent Management
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary Range: $55,000 -$60,500
The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
