Requirements
- Soon-to-be Graduate / Recent Graduate / Young Professional
- Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
- Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community
- Experienced in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, e.g. recruitment, sales, employer branding, project management, networking, start-up experience, Marketing
- A good communicator, naturally building trust and rapport
- Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
- Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
