Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to support our Asia-Pacific region. This role is based in Hong Kong and requires fluency in English and Mandarin.

Your future role within QRT

• Lead the planning and seamless delivery of end-to-end learning initiatives (in-person and virtual) and deliver a white-glove service to learners
• Administer digital learning platforms and tools, ensuring accuracy, engagement, accessibility, and timely updates
• Track training participation, manage enrolments and support continuous engagement.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline workflows through automation, templates, or digital tools
• Design and develop job aids, learning materials, and digital assets that support knowledge transfer and embed best practices across functions
• Create and deliver targeted soft skills and professional development sessions tailored to employee and business needs
• Engage with external providers, trainers, and facilitators to manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, delivery timelines, and invoicing
• Collaborate with internal teams, functional leaders and Subject matter experts to identify learning priorities aligned with strategic goals
• Serve as a key point of contact for all internal and external learning stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and relationship management
• Develop and implement communication plans to drive awareness, engagement, and uptake of learning programs across the business
• Distribute timely updates, reminders, and feedback summaries to stakeholders and learners through appropriate internal channels
• Utilize data from learning systems, performance reviews, and employee feedback to extract insights and measure learning effectiveness
• Track key learning metrics and KPIs, producing reports and dashboards to inform program enhancements and strategic decisions
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis of learner feedback, adoption trends, and performance outcomes

Your Present Skillset

• 6-8+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to operate at pace and manage multiple priorities at once
• Highly autonomous and experienced in managing end-to-end learning programs, with a proven ability to independently prioritise and organise workload while providing support and guidance to others
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and experienced with stakeholder management across all levels
• Demonstrates strong digital fluency and the ability to quickly learn and navigate enterprise tools and platforms
• Comfortable using data dashboards, survey tools, and learning management system (LMS) to track program metrics, generate reports, and support decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-player, with the ability to collaborate with colleague
• Passion for growing and developing people in an entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
