The mission of the Talent team is to drive growth by aligning continuous learning and adaptive training with Veepee strategic objectives. We design and deploy skills development programs to address business challenges and the transformation of roles.

We are looking for our new Talent Development Partner !

Reporting directly to our Head of Talent Development, you will join a tight-knit, fast-paced team of 4 people.

This role is open because our previous Talent Partner grew into a new role internally, proof that we actively practice talent development ;)

You’ll be responsible for the Talent strategy implementation in close collaboration with the HRBPs, HR Directors and Business leaders. You will be responsible to collect, analyze and challenge development needs, plan, organize and follow-up on learning, and even work on the content.

In addition you are responsible for the implementation of the HR cycle containing the performance reviews, the workload and professional interviews, as well as the Talent Reviews for the group. 

You are the go-to person concerning learning, talent and performance of your scope.

🎯 MISSIONS

    LEARNING :

  • Strategy & Needs Analysis: In collaboration with the HRBPs, collect, analyze, and translate the training needs into relevant learning actions. Define learning strategies aligned with business priorities and skills development.

  • Program Design & Deployment: Design and roll out comprehensive, blended learning programs (micro-learning, adaptive, digital, experiential) for an international audience. Implement these training programs, material & tools aligned to the business priorities at all times. Organize and facilitate workshops, and animate our internal expert communities (trainers).

  • As a team, we manage : 

  • 2 e-learning platforms (Udemy & Go Fluent), 

  • 4 learning communities - internal trainings open for all employees  (G-sheet, Powerful communication, Project Management & Personal Growth) 

  • and 5 internal academies: Sales Academy, Leadership Academy…]

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and external L&D providers to design the best solutions and foster a strong continuous learning culture across the Group.

  • Budget & Administration: Rigorously manage the training budget (using our shared files, Mercure, and the French OPCO platform). Oversee attendance, evaluations, and overall data quality.

  • Data & Reporting: Produce clear, decision-ready training reviews and social reports for representative bodies. Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  •  

    HR CYCLE:

    In collaboration with the Head of Talent Development, you will drive the deployment of the HR Cycle at the Group level (impacting 4,000+ employees across 9 countries in Europe)

  • Campaign Management: Run performance reviews (twice a year), workload interviews, mandatory professional interviews, and the Talent review process across Europe.

  • HRIS / Workday: Partner with the HRIS team to implement and optimize these processes within Workday.

  • Change Management: Create and improve guides for managers and employees, and facilitate training webinars on HR processes.

  • Follow-up & Analytics: Support HRBPs through regular meetings and reporting to achieve KPIs. Analyze feedback (Return on Experience) and implement action plans.

  • HR PROJECTS:

  • Group Onboarding : animation of the group onboarding at group level, as well as the local onboarding in France,

  • Employee Engagement : Animation of employee engagement through Office Vibe / Workleap tool,

  • You will also take the lead on one or more of HR projects : AI for Talent Development, Skill matrix, Careep Map, …

👉 PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

  • You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.

  • You have at least ⅔ years  of experience in HR Development, HR Projects, or as an HR Generalist.

  • You have advanced skills in G-Suite (G-sheets) / Excel. Familiarity with Workday is a plus. 

  • You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders and simplifying complex topics. You are also comfortable with public speaking.

  • You are highly autonomous and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and in international environment.

  • You are proactive, highly organized, and solution-oriented: you are driven by designing learning solutions that have a measurable impact on business performance. 

  • You possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English (B2-C1), allowing you to thrive in a multilingual environment. Speaking Spanish or Italian is a plus.

  • You are at ease with AI or eager to learn and curious about it.
