Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the VP of People Experience, HR Business Partners, Chief Diversity Officer, and key leaders across Bonterra to develop and implement effective learning and talent management programs.

  • Create learning content and programs, leveraging various delivery mechanisms (online, in person, asynchronous): design, develop and deliver engaging learning content and experiences that align with changing business needs, enhance organizational effectiveness and reinforce our culture.

  • Conduct needs assessments and gap-analysis to determine the most appropriate learning solutions for each level of employees.

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning programs: develop, execute, and evolve front-line manager and leadership training, all employee learning, and compliance trainings

  • Own the talent management and performance management processes and enable them throughout the org, setting the stage for seamless performance cycles aligned with our high-performance culture.

  • Provide partnership to HR Business Partners on strategic talent priorities, designing unique solutions and customizations to meet diverse business needs.

  • Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to develop customized training materials and programs.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and talent programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements; track and report on key L&D metrics to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate the impact of training initiatives

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in adult learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into training programs.

Manager Enablement

  • Design, develop, and deliver manager-specific training programs and workshops focused on evaluating talent, delivering actionable feedback, and fostering transparent communication. This includes creating all related materials, such as presentations, guides, worksheets, and e-learning modules.

  • Develop practical resources and toolkits for managers, including feedback guides, conversation frameworks, and performance evaluation templates to help them conduct talent assessments, offer constructive feedback, and lead transparent performance discussions.

  • Continuously assess and refine training programs based on feedback from managers and employees, using data and insights to improve content, delivery methods, and the effectiveness of manager enablement initiatives.

  • Build and deliver ongoing development programs to support managers in creating individual development plans, conducting talent reviews, and setting measurable goals that foster growth and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with performance management software, in and data analytics tools is a plus. Workday experience highly desirable.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and talent management best practices. Familiarity with compliance training and organizational development strategies.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various audiences.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts.

  • Innovation: Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into training and development programs.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Compensation:

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US compensation range: $145,000 - $160,000 USD. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

Please note that the compensation range specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
