The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead employer branding and community programming that draws strong candidates to the business. The work centers on organizing small, high-touch gatherings, representing the company in the local tech community, and shaping social content that supports hiring.
What you'll do
- Organize and host roughly one small, relationship-focused event each week, such as happy hours, dinners and community meetups, which make up about 60% of the role.
- Research local tech gatherings and communities worth joining, and get colleagues into those rooms.
- Shape the messaging that explains why people should work here and keep a regular flow of posts on professional and social networks.
- Write copy and set the creative direction for hiring content, working with partner teams that handle production.
- Run internal culture events that bring a growing team together.
- Occasionally lead larger events such as hackathons and public activations, with a resourceful and design-conscious approach.
