About the role
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist (Netherlands) to support hiring across the Dutch market and European locations. This role requires strong expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment, direct sourcing and close partnership with hiring managers in a complex, multinational environment.
You will be part of a global Talent Attraction team and will work closely with local HR and business stakeholders in the Netherlands. Operating in a competitive talent market, the role calls for a structured, pragmatic and consultative approach to recruitment, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and a consistent candidate experience.
As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering the Company’s People Strategy locally, while aligning with global standards and processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a varied portfolio of roles within the Netherlands and across Europe
- Develop a strong understanding of the Dutch labour market and the specific business areas you support
- Partner with Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on recruitment and market insights
- Proactively source candidates using appropriate channels and direct sourcing techniques
- Ensure a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience aligned with company standards
- Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes at both local and global levels
- Collaborate effectively with Talent Attraction, HR, and cross‑functional teams
- Contribute to regional and global talent attraction initiatives and projects
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and apply global HR standards in line with local statutory requirements
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Proven skills and experience in direct sourcing, gained either in‑house or within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment delivery within the Dutch labour market
- Experience working in a service‑driven, stakeholder‑focused role
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability and a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, multinational organisation
- Open and adaptable mindset in a changing environment
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch language
Desirable
- Fluency in German language
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, with strong attention to data quality (Workday experience preferred)
- Experience working with Works Councils
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Interest in talent, workforce trends and continuous professional development
