We’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Associate, you’ll work closely with our team to source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
Maintain candidate databases and documentation
Support recruiters with day-to-day hiring activities
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Willingness to work in the night shift (US timings)
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
