The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with Technology, Trading, and Business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in highly competitive markets. We combine deep market knowledge with a proactive, data-driven approach, ensuring QRT attracts and secures world-class talent. Beyond day-to-day recruitment, the team also supports strategic initiatives such as global office build-outs and the continuous improvement of our hiring tools and processes.


Your future role within QRT:

As a Technology Recruiter based in New York, you will play a key role in the continued growth of QRT’s technology teams across North America.

As our first Technology Recruiter based in the US, you will own end-to-end hiring across a range of core technology disciplines, with significant ownership and visibility while working as part of QRT’s established global Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of technology roles, from intake and sourcing through to assessment and offer.
  • Partnering closely with Technology leaders and hiring managers to understand their teams, technical requirements and hiring priorities, providing market insight and advice throughout the process.
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality technical talent across competitive North American markets.
  • Building strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market research, networking and internal tools.
  • Delivering a high-quality candidate experience and representing QRT effectively in the external market.
  • Using recruitment data and market intelligence to improve hiring strategies and delivery, while partnering with external agencies where appropriate.

Your Present Skillset:

  • 4+ years of technology recruitment experience, with a strong track record of delivering technical hires in competitive markets.
  • Experience independently managing multiple end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing through to successful close.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills and experience identifying and engaging passive technical talent.
  • Experience recruiting across technology disciplines such as software engineering, infrastructure, platform, production engineering, SRE, DevOps or security.
  • Ability to build credible, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, using market knowledge and data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong candidate management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, delivery-focused approach, comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership while collaborating as part of a global team.

Base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000 per year.

QRT Total Compensation includes discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.
