- The Talent Acquisition Specialist also has responsibility for building out capability in one of the 3 areas; employer branding & recruitment marketing, best practice hiring manager and candidate experience, or recruitment process & systems optimisation.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment role from either agency or internal background.
- Experience building strong talent pipelines for either early careers, sales/business development, and/or specialist/niche roles
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
- Problem solving skills and the resilience to work in an agile and changing environment
- Relationship driven and the ability to collaborate across different skillsets, personality styles and cultures within the context of a global working environment
- Demonstrated experience utilising a range of candidate attraction channels, including Linked In
- Organised and can independently manage a portfolio of roles
- A creative and innovative approach to using relevant employer branding assets
- Ability to learn and adopt to new IT tools and systems and ways of working.
- A genuine curiosity and passion for building best practice and implementing new talent acquisition practices to optimise internal systems and resources.
