About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment processes and help attract top talent in the fintech industry. This role is focused on sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing hiring workflows in ATS, coordinating interview processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while maintaining high recruitment standards and compliance with internal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
  • Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit against role requirements
  • Analyze candidate profiles and provide structured summaries to hiring manager
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Conduct offer negotiations with selected candidates
  • Perform reference checks and other pre-employment verification activities
  • Track recruitment activity and prepare regular hiring reports
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and hiring standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in fintech or iGaming sectors
  • Strong knowledge of EU markets, especially Spain, Malta, Poland, and other key hiring regions
  • Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates is required
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Workable ATS is a plus
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Package
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset
  • Good analytical and data-handling skills
  • Fluent Russian language and good working proficiency in English

* This position is offered within the COLIBRIX ONE. Employment will be under the appropriate legal entity based on the role and location.
