What you need to succeed

  • Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven success delivering end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a proactive approach to attracting top talent.
  • Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on better hiring outcomes and experiences.

What you can expect from us

  • A base salary range of CAD $110 to 120k CAD DoE
  • Extended health benefits, including allowances for family and wellness expenses
