Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicant tracking systems (ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience recruiting for restaurant or hospitality roles specifically is required
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to restaurant employment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for restaurant positions nationwide.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely candidate data management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job fairs, social media, and community outreach.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote employment opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to leadership to inform staffing decisions and improve processes.
