As a Ketryx Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the success of a rapidly growing healthcare technology start-up company. This position will be onsite in our Boston office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
- Leverage strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and follow up with candidates.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct full cycle recruitment including application review, initial screen, and coordinate additional interviews with the hiring team.
- Work closely with the Senior People Operations Manager to improve process and deliver key results.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience; engineering, technology, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace, ATS, HRIS, and various online systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience recruiting in the engineering, technology, or healthcare fields.
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS systems.
