At Reema Health, we believe that a personalized, community-based approach to care makes it easier for anyone to access the things they need to make their lives better. We know that life’s challenges often exist because the systems built to help are a burden to navigate. We believe building a relationship with a real person — someone who listens, meets members where they are, and understands the community’s resources — can ease those burdens and effectively connect members to health care. Our mission-driven and member-focused company is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive our organization's success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, and fostering a positive candidate experience. - Manage applicant tracking systems and other HR platforms ensuring data accuracy, efficient task processing, and timely candidate and employee communication.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and help resolve areas for improvement in hiring practices and processes.
- Ensure compliance on all hiring activities including background checks, drug screenings, offer contingencies, I-9s, and other talent acquisition policies.
- Create virtual and onsite training programs with cross-functional partners to support Reema’s learning and development initiatives.
- Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes to support new hires, internal movement, and departures.
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives that cultivates a ‘best place to work’ environment and creates a sense of belonging within an organization.
