Talent Acquisition Specialist & Employee Experience Coordinator:

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Talent Acquisition Specialist/Coordinator who is a motivated self-starter to play a critical role on the People and Culture team. No task is too big or too small. This candidate will take on a true support role in interview scheduling, posting, processing background checks, on-boarding, as well as providing administrative support for the People Team. In addition, this role will work with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions and needs for recruitment, then source a diverse candidate pool and manage the process to hire the best talent for their teams. This specialist is detail oriented, highly organized and comfortable with internal platforms (ATS, Zendesk, etc.), reliable and exhibits follow-through with all requests, and successful at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key to success is the ability to be self-directed, highly organized, proactive with a clear understanding of how critical this role is for the overall success of the People & Culture team. 

What You'll Do:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews for Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers (phone, video, in-person)
  • 60% of the role is primarily overseeing scheduling, coordinating, ad hoc TA administration (i.e., responding to internal TA support requests, creating/sending offers, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationship with candidates throughout the recruiting process by updating them on candidate status, answering questions and scheduling following discussion
  • Assist in development of sourcing strategies including job postings, candidate pipelining and candidate pre-qualification techniques
  • Assist recruiters in managing job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards
  • Update and maintain ATS (applicant tracking system) to include reporting
  • Support and manage the Ref’s Internship Program and assist Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects
  • Manage the on-boarding process from offer letter to new hire onboarding
  • HR administrative duties


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience supporting a team of recruiters or sales professionals
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
  • Hybrid work schedule 3 days/week in LA or NY
