Description

Dew Software is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent for Dew Software, ensuring we have a diverse and highly skilled workforce to meet the needs of our clients.

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, online networking platforms, and industry events, to attract and engage prospective candidates. You will conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, as well as your knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, will contribute to the overall success of our recruitment efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract top talent using various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and projects within the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition or human resources are a plus.
