A Brief Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple positions concurrently in a non-discriminatory and fully compliant manner. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for current and future job openings.
What you will do
- Recruit/source potential candidates through various social platforms, networking events, and job boards.
- Work with hiring managers to determine the required skills and experience for positions and hiring needs. Conduct recruiting and onboarding training with new hiring manager.
- Screen resumes for suitability, conduct initial phone screening interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build relationships with colleges and universities including Career Fairs and Internship Programs.
- Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the Banks's current and future hiring needs.
- Present job offers discussing salary, company benefits, and company culture.
- Attend meetings, events, career fairs, and professional organization gatherings for purposes of recruiting and promoting the Bank.
- Serve as a backup for onboarding new hires.
Other Qualifications/Requirements
- Application Tracking System experience preferred.
- Sourcing experience in LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum and minimum 1 year human resources - recruiting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
