Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of roles. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience - in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Represent Leon Management International at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field - or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s HR program.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) - required.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people and talent development.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or current enrollment in a bachelor's HR program
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, spoken and written
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field
