Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates.

Proactively source and engage with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening and Assessment:

Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks as needed.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.


Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about their status in the hiring process.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress and provide insights to optimize the hiring process.

Compliance:

Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations related to recruiting, both domestically and internationally, as they pertain to

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Agency Experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruiting.

 

Skills Required
