We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll take an active part in the recruitment process from sourcing to scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What will you do at SuperPlay?- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, from initial intake through offer stage.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, align on ideal candidate profiles, and share relevant market insights.
- Actively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing channels.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Develop and nurture strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Sourcer– must.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools ( LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Passion for technology, people, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (experience with Comeet – an advantage).
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Sourcer
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Experience with Comeet ATS
