Fix Group Management is a thriving, family-owned parent company overseeing 30+ entities across three business arms: Automotive Repair & Collision (AmeriFix, EuroFix, Mike's Automotive, and Brown's Body Shop — 15 locations across Tennessee and Indiana), Coaching & Consulting (Shop Fix Academy, SalesFix, and TechFix), and a growing portfolio of partner companies spanning financial services, marketing, and CRM. We provide shared HR and recruiting services for all affiliated brands.
We have a unique, fun, and family-oriented culture that we protect fiercely — even as we grow rapidly. For the right person, this role offers incredible experience, visibility across industries and levels, and real opportunity for advancement.
Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across our affiliate companies. You will manage 15–20 open requisitions simultaneously — spanning roles from entry-level trades to C-suite — and serve as the face of Fix Group to every candidate you touch. This is a high-autonomy role; we need someone experienced enough to hit the ground running with minimal ramp time and strong enough processes to hold hiring managers accountable with a personable approach.
Manage 15–20 concurrent requisitions across our automotive, coaching/consulting, and partner business arms, ensuring each search moves efficiently from intake to offer.
Partner closely with hiring managers across multiple entities to define job requirements, set realistic timelines, and keep them accountable to the process.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and internal referrals; leverage Lever ATS to maintain a healthy pipeline for current and future needs.
Conduct thorough phone screens and assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit; present only fully-vetted, ready-to-interview candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring clear communication and a consistently positive candidate experience throughout.
Manage the offer process end-to-end, including crafting competitive offers, navigating negotiations, and driving to accepted offers.
Own Day 1 onboarding for new hires — conducted via video call or on-site in the greater Nashville metropolitan area for local hires.
Actively contribute to the assessment and improvement of recruiting processes as Fix Group undergoes a broader HR transformation.
Provide regular reporting on key metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
Proven ability to manage 15+ requisitions simultaneously with strong organizational discipline.
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Lever and/or Indeed experience a plus) and Google Workspace.
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom a plus) and project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, Slack).
Comfortable recruiting across all levels — entry-level through executive.
Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust quickly with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Process-driven mindset with a bias for continuous improvement.
Ability to hold hiring managers accountable to timelines in a professional, relationship-preserving way.
Automotive or trades industry experience.
Experience in a shared-services or multi-brand HR environment.
Familiarity with onboarding best practices, including remote/video-based onboarding.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-volume, multi-entity, or agency environment. Blue-collar and skilled trades recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Required Skills:
Bonus Skills:
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (exempt/salaried, commensurate with experience)
Health, dental, and vision insurance (company covers 50% of health and dental premiums)
Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability
401(k) with company match
Christmas Savings Program with company match
Short-term disability, accident, and critical illness coverage
Generous PTO with schedule flexibility
Legendary Christmas parties and a one-of-a-kind team culture
Full-time, exempt. Monday – Friday, standard business hours. Fully on-site at Fix Group Management corporate office in Franklin, TN. Occasional local travel within the greater Nashville metropolitan area for on-site new hire onboarding.
