Our HR department is divided into two teams: the Talent Acquisition team, which deals with recruitment issues, and the People team, which manages the HR function within the company.
We currently employ 720+ people. And every single one counts!
What you'll do ✏️
- We want to strengthen the team with a person on work-study who brings a fresh perspective, as well as the best practices he is studying in training.
- Sourcing: inbound, outbound, referrals, school forums, etc.
- Screening: structured pre-qualifications to validate the selection criteria set out in the hiring brief
- Closing: you present the offers to the selected candidates
- Employer branding: you'll raise external awareness of our working environment and the outstanding things we offer our new recruits
The context is not exclusively dedicated to production, but also to the implementation and monitoring of best practices: structured interviews, implicit and indirect sourcing, ad rewriting, team training etc.
When you join us, you'll be involved in a wide range of recruitment activities in our different business areas (tech, sales, business, Ops...):
By the end of the 1st month, you'll know more about our ecosystem and working methods. You'll have had the opportunity to follow our recruiters in their day-to-day work.
By the end of the 3rd month, you'll have gone through ups and downs, with mistakes and approximations, but you'll feel that you can go faster, with more autonomy in sourcing and understanding tech functions in particular.
Then, if all goes according to plan, you'll be autonomous and you'll have understood more than ever that recruitment is a real job, and that it's the one you want to invest in for the next few years. You'll have found your specific forte, among the myriad of possible activities, and you'll have built a plan to promote it.
💪 About you
- You're a Master's student, looking for an apprenticeship / pro contract or a 6-months internship.
- You already have a first professional experience (internship, work-study, associative, etc.) acquired during your studies, whether in recruitment or elsewhere
- Fluent in French & English, the international environment is an interesting challenge for you.
- You have a first experience in HR/recruitment/sales
- You're looking forward to working on recruitment-related issues in the years to come!
- It would be amazing if :
- You've already done some sourcing and are bilingual in Boolean
- You already have some International experience
- Don't apply if:
