1. Lead end-to-end recruitment projects:
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand needs, define clear job requirements, and align expectations with market realities
- Source and attract top talent using multiple channels (job boards, direct outreach, market mapping, etc.)
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process with structured interviews, clear evaluation criteria, and a great candidate experience from first touch to closing
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to both candidates and internal stakeholders
2. Build and scale recruitment operations:
- Identify the right job boards and sourcing platforms for each market
- Design and implement structured hiring processes tailored to our needs
- Coach and train hiring managers to adopt best-in-class recruitment practices
- Contribute to the development of our local employer brand strategy
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to continuously improve our performance
- Act as a true talent partner to the business and help foster a strong hiring culture
What we are looking for :
- A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a scale-up or a specialized sales recruitment firm in an international context.
- Native Spanish & fluency in French - fluency English would be a plus
- The ability to partner with hiring managers in defining their expectations and needs.
- The willingness to ensure a smooth candidate experience : drive candidate journeys with regular and factual feedback – even (and especially) when the answer is no.
- A data driven approach in your day to day follow up
- A proactive, autonomous approach, with a true sense of ownership over your topics.
