We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Desire Home Care, Inc. This is a Full-Time, hourly position within our Human Resources department, located in Riverside, California. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support our growing business. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and timely recruitment experience
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track recruitment progress and outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other recruitment resources to attract top talent
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for newly hired employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as federal and state employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and hiring managers
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish
- Negative TB test within 30 days of hire
- CPR & First Aid certificate within 30 days of hire
